1990s silk and sequin dress by Saks Fifth Ave. Features sequin strips with semi sheer silk underneath, long sleeves with sholder pads and a mini length. In excellent condition with two small spots on silk front towards bottom of the dress. very hard to see and capture with camera - see last picture for closeup.
